Hierarchy

The guild hierarchy has member ranks and officer ranks.

Member ranks are:

• Trial Member
• Alt
• Main

Please note that ST Syndicate does not have specific rules asking you which character to play or to bring to raids. We expect you however, to bring the necessary flexibility in case you have an alt which would really plug a hole in the raid setup on a case-by-case basis.
The only limitation is that you may not need on BoE equipment which would be good for your alt. If nobody wants a specific drop, you may /w the lootmaster and enquire if the piece of equipment could go to you instead of disenchantment for the guild bank. Such a decision is, however, entirely at the lootmaster's discression and should neither be argued nor appealed during the raid.
